Why it matters

Your business's name, logo, address and official numbers appear on your documents and public pages. The currency applies to all your amounts. A well-filled record from the start saves you from incomplete invoices and figures in the wrong currency.

Summary

The business record is in Settings › Company › Company Info. It has two tabs: Information (identity, currency, official numbers, address) and Hours & links (opening hours and links shown on your public chat page).

Before you start

  • company.view permission to open the record.
  • company.* permission to save changes. Administrators have it automatically.

Steps: Information tab

  1. Open Settings › Company › Company Info. The Information tab shows.
  2. Click Add a logo to upload your brand image.
  3. Check the Name, then choose the currency from the Currency list.
  4. Fill in the Contact (email or phone), the Description, the Tax ID (NIU, TAX ID, ...) and the Business registration (RCCM) if your business has them.
  5. Fill in the address: Address, City and Country.
  6. Click Save.
  1. Open the Hours & links tab.
  2. Under Opening hours, choose the Timezone of your hours, then enter the opening ranges for each day. A day with no range shows Closed.
  3. Under Links, click Add a link, choose the type (Website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok...), then enter a Label and the address.
  4. Click Save.

These hours and links show on your public chat page, to tell your customers when you answer and where to find you.

Edge cases and common mistakes

  • Changing currency converts nothing. The new currency is applied to all your shops, but prices, orders and balances already saved keep their numbers: 10,000 stays 10,000, in the new currency. Choose the currency before entering your prices.
  • "Save" does nothing and fields turn red. The name, address, city and country are required.
  • The confirmation message may show in another language: it is an untranslated label, the save did happen.
  • The timezone on the Hours & links tab only sets how hours are displayed. The business timezone, used for your reports and periods, is taken at sign-up and has no setting in the dashboard. To change it, contact support.
  • I can't change anything. Your role has company.view without company.*. Ask an administrator.
