From a cookie box to the Bastos café-terrasse
Christine started baking at home and sharing everything on TikTok. We have been alongside her from the first menu keyed in to the second entity.

The starting point
Going from homemade cookies to a real venue means suddenly facing a whole menu, table service, phone orders and a second entity for the cookies. Without numbers, there is no way to know which dishes deserve their place on the menu.
In six months, Genuka turned my business into clear numbers: over 7,000 tables served and my best-selling dishes finally identified. I hesitated at first, but today I'm really glad I trusted them.
What was put in place
The menu is structured into 11 collections in Genuka — hot drinks, brunch sets, daily specials, display desserts. Staff take orders in the room, the online shop takes over outside opening hours, and the monthly recap surfaces the star dishes.
How we work with them
Nineteen months of partnership, from the first menu keyed in to opening the second entity for the cookies. The menu was structured with them into eleven collections, the team trained on taking orders in the room, and the online shop opened at suka.genuka.shop.
