The starting point
On each of its three sites the group runs a bar, a restaurant, a bakery, a convenience store and a central kitchen. Five trades, five ways of selling, five stocks — and until now, no consolidated view over any of it.
What was put in place
Each activity becomes a standalone outlet with its own till and its own stock, while feeding the same set of accounts. The 25 warehouses make it possible to follow raw materials from the central kitchen to the convenience store shelves.
How we work with them
Three months to open fourteen outlets and twenty-five warehouses across three sites — the densest deployment we have run. Each activity was configured separately — bar, restaurant, bakery, convenience store, central kitchen — then the seven administrators were trained to run it all from a single console.
