The starting point
Selling wholesale and retail at once, across categories with nothing in common — clothing, babouches, fragrance, jewellery, appliances — and in two countries. Every evening the accounts were redone by hand in a notebook, impossible to catch up on after a few months.
I used to redo my accounts every evening in a notebook — exhausting, and impossible to catch up on after a few months. With Genuka, everything is already recorded on the shop's tablet. It's simple.
What was put in place
The Genuka till runs on each shop's tablet. Stock is split across three warehouses, the catalogue is shared between outlets, and accounting builds itself as sales come in.
How we work with them
Two years of partnership, with a Gabon opening along the way. We set up the three tablet tills, split stock across three warehouses, trained the team of seven, and installed check-in, document templates and live shopping as they needed them.
