The starting point
Manufacturing in-house means tracking raw materials as closely as finished goods. And distributing across eight showrooms, some of which host third-party brands, means knowing at all times what went where — without a paper register lying around.
From the lab to the shop, I track everything on Genuka: raw materials, stock, invoicing and accounting. No more endless registers or lost papers. Today it's truly KemCare's ally.
What was put in place
Raw materials, stock, invoicing and accounting live in the same tool, from the lab to the shop. The adult, kids and men's ranges are split into collections, and the brand's WhatsApp is wired to the same customer base.
How we work with them
Twenty-eight months of partnership, from a young brand to a network of eight showrooms. We followed each opening, configured the eight matching warehouses, structured the three ranges into collections, and wired the brand's WhatsApp to the same customer base.
