Genuka in 10 minutes, everything you can manage in one place

What you will have: You know what Genuka can manage for your business and which menu to open for each task.

Sales, stock, customers, messages and accounting share the same data: a sale recorded once shows up everywhere, with no retyping.

Why it matters

Many businesses keep their sales in a notebook, their stock in a spreadsheet, their customers in WhatsApp and their accounts with an accounting firm. Each tool has its own figures, and none of them agree. Genuka brings all of this into one account: a sale taken at the register removes the stock, feeds the customer's record and can flow into the accounts, with nothing to retype.

Summary

Genuka is management software for shops and service businesses. It covers selling (register, orders, invoices, website), customer relations (WhatsApp messaging, campaigns, reviews), the catalog and stock, purchases and expenses, accounting, and steering the business (dashboard, statistics, reports). An AI assistant knows your figures and acts for you. This lesson walks through it menu by menu.

Before you start

  • A Genuka account (see "Create your account").
  • No special permission: everyone sees in their menu only what their role opens to them.

What Genuka manages, and where to find it

The left menu is organized in sections. Less frequent pages are in Settings, grouped in cards (Sales, Catalog, Finance, Company, Website, Integrations).

The AI assistant

The Chat with the agent button, at the bottom right of the screen, opens an assistant that reads your data and acts within the limits of your permissions: "my sales this month", "create an order for...", "where do I find taxes?". See "Your AI assistant".

Turn on only what you need

In Settings, the Modules button lists the Genuka modules: Sales, Products, Customers, Stocks, Accounting, Invoicing, Website, Bookings, Deliveries, Marketing, Reports, Production, Suppliers, Reviews, Automations, Apps. A module that is not turned on is hidden from the menu; turning it on makes its pages appear. Payments, expenses, treasury and taxes are always visible.

Several shops, several businesses

  • A business can have several shops (points of sale) and several warehouses. Each team member works in an active shop, which they change with Switch Shop.
  • One account can belong to several businesses; you move from one to another with Switch Company, in your avatar menu. Permissions are specific to each business.

Edge cases and common mistakes

  • "I can't see accounting (or marketing) in my menu." Either your role has no access to it, or the module is not turned on. The feature exists: an administrator can open it for you (see "Access rights, roles and permissions").
  • What your plan includes. Some features depend on the plan you subscribed to. The plans page compares what each one includes (see "Plans, AI tokens and messaging credits").
  • Analytics missing from the menu. The Analytics entry is only shown to administrators.

FAQ

Does Genuka replace my register software and my stock spreadsheet? Yes: the register removes stock from the shop's warehouses, and stock is tracked by warehouse and by batch.

Do I need to set everything up on day one? No. Turn on the modules you need today and add the others later from Settings › Modules.

Does Genuka work on a phone? Yes, in the phone's browser, and a desktop app also exists (see "Genuka on phone and computer").
